You are an asset manager of City View Office, a publicly traded Real Estate
Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of commercial office properties. Your
leasing agent has just brought you a request for proposal (RFP) from a potential creditworthy
tenant who wants to lease office space in your Class A property. Your task is to
